1. Pack your product according to the return policy :

2. Place the return label on the package (nylon pack).

3. Please review the nearest locker location to your place and start the return process:

4. After completing your return request, you will receive an SMS with further instructions. Please follow the guidelines provided for your selected return method.

Courier services:
Courier service cost is 20 ILS. The courier company will reach out to you within a few days after your request, and payment has been completed
